THIS THURSDAY

Expanded uses for LMC Building

Soon there will be a sign erected on the lawn of London Music Club stating our application to Amend our Zoning for 470 Colborne St.  Please don't be alarmed - London Music Club is not going anywhere.  We are booked for shows right through to the end of 2019.  We would like to be allowed to add offices or a residential unit on our second floor.  Our current zoning does not allow for this. These changes will help us to utilize our whole building.
We hope you are having a great summer and look forward to seeing you at the LMC very soon!  Pete & Janice - LMC

ROB ELDER Album Release Show!

2018's "The Changer" shows off how much Rob has grown and what he's learned along the way. Where his first two albums ploughed popular themes of young love and heartbreak, The Changer explores more mature themes of social unrest and inequality, solidarity, and the deep love that carries a relationship decades on. Don't think that serious themes make the music less fun, though. With thoughtful lyrics and catchy melodies, The Changer proves that Rob Elder still knows how to get audiences dancing - whether or not there's a dance floor.  $15 adv./ $20 @ door Online Tickets

JACOB MOON

"My music is borne from all the listening I've done over the years, and I listen to a lot of different music. In a way it makes sense that what comes out would be a mash-up of all those different influences, and tough to pin a style on", Moon says.

Artists like Rush, Marillion and Gordon Lightfoot have taken a shine to Moon's renditions of their songs and have lavished him praise and a spotlight that has gained him
international attention. It is these inventive covers that draws the fans in, but it's Moon's original material and his compelling live show that make them pull up a chair.
Ron Sexsmith has said: "Jacob Moon is an exceedingly gifted and watchable performer....seems completely at home on stage" and Danny Miranda (bassist for Queen)
concurs "Tremendous command of the instrument... amazing voice. I can honestly say that I am overwhelmed by his music".
